The international band name register BAND NAME PROTECTION offers bands and musicians protection from band name theft by registration of their band name.
Musicians and bands and especially labels and publishers can easily research taken band names.
In a clash, Muscians-In-Your-City can testify judicially to the entry date of the registry,
which proves that a bandname had been taken by that time at the least. Registration is possible at Musicians-in-your-City:
→ startup page → login → band name protection. The registered band name will be published automatically in the international band name register www.bandnameprotection.org.
